With the win, Lawrence County improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Tullahoma (Tullahoma, TN) to encounter the Wildcats in a AAA District 9 battle on Thursday, August 29. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 2-2.

The Cavaliers now own a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Gibson for a AA District 13 battle on Tuesday, August 27.
