With the win, Dyer County improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Choctaws host Oxford (Oxford, MS) to face the Chargers in a non-league test on Saturday, August 24. The Chargers go into the test with a record of 9-2. Oxford lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Bartlett (Bartlett, TN)

The Cavaliers now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Homewood for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 27.
