In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Esperanza Aztecs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Fullerton Indians.

The Aztecs (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Portola (Irvine, CA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Portola lost by Sunny Hills (Fullerton, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Indians play the St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 26. Fullerton will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Millikan (Long Beach, CA).
