Next, the Commodores meet the Heritage Academy Patriots (Columbus, MS) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 24. Lafayette will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 2-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Grace Christian (Louisville, MS).
