Tennessee High School Volleyball - Lawson tips Liberty Creek

The Lawson Lightning (Nashville, TN) volleyball held off the host Liberty Creek Wolves (Gallatin, TN), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Lightning now possess a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Camden Central for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 24. Lawson will clash with a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league win over Waverly Central (Waverly, TN). The Lions record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Liberty Creek drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Macon County (Lafayette, TN) to clash with the Tigers in a AA District 11 bout on Tuesday, August 27. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Macon County lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against White House (White House, TN)
