In Saturday's non-league match, the Sharyland Rattlers (Mission, TX) volleyball squad overcame the host Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees (Corpus Christi, TX), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Rattlers battle the McAllen Memorial Mustangs (McAllen, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 31 match, on Tuesday, August 27. Sharyland will attempt to move on its 15-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 5-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Pioneer (Mission, TX).
