The West Jones Mustangs topped the host Wayne County War Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Richland Rangers (Richland, MS) in a non-league game, on Saturday, August 24. West Jones will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record.

The War Eagles (4-3) will now prepare for their game against East Central (Moss Point, MS). The Hornets go into the game with a 2-12 record. In their last game, East Central was dropped by George County (Lucedale, MS), 2-0, in a non-league game.
