The Green Level Gators football team (Cary, NC), was beaten 28-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC)

The Crusaders (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Richmond (Rockingham, NC). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Richmond was beaten by Butler (Matthews, NC), 14-11, in a non-league challenge.

The Gators now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Southeast Raleigh for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, August 31. Green Level will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 22-14 non-league win over Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-0.
