California High School Volleyball - Bret Harte can't hold off Hughson

In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Hughson Huskies volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Bret Harte Bullfrogs.
The Huskies (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Argonaut (Jackson, CA). The Mustangs come into the battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Argonaut nudged Edison (Stockton, CA), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Bullfrogs clash with the Ceres Bulldogs (Ceres, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 27. Bret Harte will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Modesto (Modesto, CA).
