The Meade Mustangs (Fort Meade, MD) soccer nipped the host Catonsville Comets (Baltimore, MD), 2-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Meade moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Mustangs host Broadneck (Annapolis, MD) to battle the Bruins in a Anne Arundel County bout on Tuesday, September 27. The Bruins enter the bout with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Comets battle the Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, August 30. Catonsville will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
