The Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC) soccer nipped the visiting Fuquay - Varina Bengals (Fuquay-Varina, NC), 4-3 in Thursday's non-league bout.

With the victory, Wakefield moves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Wake Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 27. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a record of 3-2. Wake Christian Academy lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Cary Academy (Cary, NC)
