Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Steinmetz College Prep Silver Streaks (Chicago, IL), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles confront the Boylan Catholic Titans (Rockford, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 29. Taft will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Huntley (Huntley, IL).

The Silver Streaks now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Intrinsic for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 30.
