The British International School of Chicago topped the visiting Francis W. Parker Colonels volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waldorf for a Lake Shore Athletic test on Tuesday, August 30.
The Colonels (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Elgin Academy (Elgin, IL). The Hilltoppers enter the Independent test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Elgin Academy gained a win over Schaumburg Christian (Schaumburg, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
