Shelton Bulldogs (Shelton, NE) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Nebraska Christian Eagles (Central City, NE), 3-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Hitchcock County Falcons (Trenton, NE) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 27. Shelton will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Falcons come into the match with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Wauneta-Palisade (Wauneta, NE).

With the loss, Nebraska Christian drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Centennial (Utica, NE) to battle the Broncos in a non-league match on Saturday, August 27. The Broncos come into the match with a record of 0-0.
