North Carolina High School Football - A.L. Brown drops to Northwest Cabarrus

In Friday's non-league game, the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC) football team knocked off the host A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), by a final score of 30-19.

The Trojans (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC). The Tigers come into the non-league game with a 1-1 record.

The Wonders now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Rowan for a non-league game on Friday, September 8. A.L. Brown will battle a Raiders team coming off a 27-19 non-league loss to South Stanly (Norwood, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 1-1.
