Virginia High School Football - Riverside nips Broad Run

August 25, 2023: Leesburg, VA 20176

In Friday's non-league match, the host Riverside Ram football squad scored a close 30-29 victory over the Broad Run Spartans.

In their next game, the Ram clash with the Heritage Pride (Leesburg, VA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, August 31. Riverside will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Pride enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 9-0 league loss to Tuscarora (Leesburg, VA).

The Spartans (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Park View (Sterling, VA). The Patriots enter the Dulles match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Park View was nudged by Lewis (Springfield, VA), 41-30, in a non-league match.
