Arizona High School Football - Fairfax trounced by Buena

The Buena Colts walloped the visiting Fairfax Stampede football team by a count of 40-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Buena upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Colts travel to Ironwood Ridge (Tucson, AZ) to encounter the Nighthawks in a non-league outing on Friday, September 1. The Nighthawks go into the outing with a record of 1-0. Ironwood Ridge won 59-30 in their recent non-league outing against Seton Catholic (Chandler, AZ)

With the loss, Fairfax moves to 0-1 on the season. The Stampede host Verrado (Buckeye, AZ) to encounter the Vipers in a non-league outing on Friday, September 1. The Vipers go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Verrado lost 47-0 in their recent non-league outing against Desert Mountain (Scottsdale, AZ)
