The Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC) football routed the host Burke Bulldogs (Charleston, SC), 49-6 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Cyclones face the Camden Military Spartans (Camden, SC) in a SCISA AAAA bout, on Friday, September 1. Porter-Gaud will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record.

The Bulldogs (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Academic Magnet (North Charleston, SC). The Raptors enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Academic Magnet walloped Military Magnet Academy (North Charleston, SC), 14-12, in a non-league bout.
