Utah High School Football - Mountain View sneaks past Cottonwood

August 25, 2023: Orem, UT 84058

The Mountain View Bruins (Orem, UT) football nudged the visiting Cottonwood Colts (Salt Lake City, UT), 20-15 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Bruins face the Payson Lions (Payson, UT) in a 4A Region 8 bout, on Friday, September 1. Mountain View will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Lions enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 37-21 non-league loss to Richfield (Richfield, UT).

The Colts (0-3) will now prepare for their bout against Stansbury (Stansbury Park, UT). The Stallions enter the 4A Region 10 bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Stansbury was nudged by Ridgeline (Millville, UT), 28-27, in a non-league bout.
