In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Henry County Wildcats football squad scored a big 35-0 victory over the Lafayette Generals.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the East Jessamine Jaguars (Nicholasville, KY) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 1. Henry County will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Jaguars enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 35-28 non-league loss to Wayne County (Monticello, KY).
The Generals (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Conner (Hebron, KY). The Cougars enter the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Conner was crushed by Ryle (Union, KY), 28-7, in a non-league match.
