The Lakeland Thunderbirds football team (Minocqua, WI), was tipped 7-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Tomahawk Hatchets (Tomahawk, WI)
The Hatchets (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Northland Pines (Eagle River, WI). The Eagles come into the Northwoods challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Northland Pines nipped West Iron County (Iron River, MI), 43-0, in a non-league challenge.
