North Carolina High School Football - Lejeune trounces Spring Creek

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Lejeune Devil Pups football squad scored a big 58-16 victory over the Spring Creek Gators.

In their next game, the Devil Pups clash with the Lakewood Leopards (Roseboro, NC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, August 31. Lejeune will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Leopards enter the match with a 2-0 record after their 50-7 non-league win over KIPP Pride (Gaston, NC).

The Gators (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Wayne Christian (Goldsboro, NC). The Eagles enter the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Wayne Christian was crushed by Harrells Christian Academy (Harrells, NC), 36-16, in a non-league match.
