Alabama High School Football - Valley Head drops to North Sand Mountain

August 25, 2023: Valley Head, AL 35989

In Friday's non-league game, the North Sand Mountain Bison (Higdon, AL) football team knocked off the host Valley Head Tigers (Valley Head, AL), by a score of 15-0.

The Bison (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Dade County (Trenton, GA). The Wolverines come into the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Dade County was knocked off by Marion County (Jasper, TN), 10-6, in a non-league game.

The Tigers now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Section for a non-league game on Friday, September 1. Valley Head will battle a Lions team coming off a 63-15 non-league loss to Decatur Heritage Christian Academy (Decatur, AL). The Lions record now stands at 0-2.
