The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Polo Marcos (Polo, IL) and the visiting Peoria Heights Patriots (Peoria Heights, IL), observed Polo's football squad bounce Peoria Heights by a count of 62-14.
The Marcos now own a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Orangeville for a 8-Man North 2 (8 Man) contest on Saturday, September 2. Polo will play a Broncos squad coming off a 46-12 non-league win over Ashton-Franklin Center (Ashton, IL). The Broncos record now stands at 1-0.
