August 25, 2023: New Wilmington, PA 16142

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Sharpsville Blue Devils (Sharpsville, PA) and the host Wilmington Greyhounds (New Wilmington, PA), observed Sharpsville's football squad edge Wilmington by a count of 49-42.

The Blue Devils now own a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Titusville for a non-league contest on Friday, September 1. Sharpsville will encounter a Rockets squad coming off a 34-16 league win over Franklin (Franklin, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 1-0.
