Wisconsin High School Football - St. Catherine's drops to St. Joseph

In Friday's non-league game, the St. Joseph Lancers (Kenosha, WI) football team knocked off the host St. Catherine's Angels (Racine, WI), by a final score of 34-12.

The Lancers (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Brookfield Academy (Brookfield, WI). The Blue Knights come into the Midwest Classic game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Brookfield Academy toppled Pacelli (Stevens Point, WI), 40-20, in a non-league game.

The Angels now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Luther Prep for a Metro Classic game on Friday, September 1. St. Catherine's will battle a Phoenix team coming off a 26-6 non-league loss to Kettle Moraine Lutheran (Jackson, WI). The Phoenix record now stands at 1-1.
