The Vance Charter Knights volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Person Rockets to 1 in the Knights non-league victory on Friday.
The Knights now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roxboro Community for a non-league game on Thursday, August 31. Vance Charter will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Person (Roxboro, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-0.
The Rockets (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC). The Fighting Red Wolves enter the game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Cedar Ridge held off Carrboro (Carrboro, NC), 2-0, in a non-league game.
