The Air Academy Kadets soccer team scored 9 points and limited the host Ponderosa Mustangs to 0 in the Kadets non-league victory on Friday.
Next, the Kadets face the Smoky Hill Buffaloes (Aurora, CO) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, August 29. Air Academy will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Buffaloes enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 7-2 non-league win over Sand Creek (Colorado Springs, CO).
The Mustangs now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Regis Jesuit for a 5A/4A Continental contest on Thursday, August 31. Ponderosa will face a Raiders team coming off a 2-2 non-league Grandview (Aurora, CO). The Raiders record now stands at 0-0.
