The Bridge Creek Bobcats nipped the visiting Elgin Owls softball squad by a final score of 4-3 in Friday's league battle.

The Bobcats (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Pauls Valley (Pauls Valley, OK). The Panthers go into the non-league battle with a 5-10 record. In their last battle, Pauls Valley held off Amber-Pocasset (Amber, OK), 4-1, in a non-league battle.

The Owls now possess a 10-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lindsay for a non-league battle on Saturday, August 26.
