The Harrison Hoyas softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Thomas County Central Yellow Jackets to 2 in the Hoyas non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Harrison moves its record to 6-3 on the year. The Hoyas travel to Marietta (Marietta, GA) to clash with the Blue Devils in a 7A Region 3 game on Tuesday, August 29. The Blue Devils come into the game with a record of 3-4.
In their next game, the Yellow Jackets clash with the Colquitt County Packers (Norman Park, GA) in a non-league game, on Monday, August 28. Thomas County Central will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Packers come into the game with a 6-5 record after their 12-4 non-league loss to North Paulding (Dallas, GA).
