Texas High School Volleyball - Allen can't hold off Cypress Ranch

In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Cypress Ranch Mustangs volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Allen Eagles.

The Mustangs (17-3) will now prepare for their battle against Stratford (Houston, TX). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, Stratford nudged Sachse (Sachse, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Plano East Panthers (Plano, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 26. Allen will attempt to advance on its 14-6 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 13-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Harlan (San Antonio, TX).
