The San Angelo Central Bobcats volleyball team (San Angelo, TX), was dropped 2-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Brennan Bears (San Antonio, TX)

The Bears (21-3) will now prepare for their challenge against McAllen Memorial (McAllen, TX). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 17-8 record. In their last challenge, McAllen Memorial defeated Judson (Converse, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bobcats meet the Davenport Wolves (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 25. San Angelo Central will attempt to move on its 17-4 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 20-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX).
