The Covington Owls volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Meyer Ravens to 2 in the Owls non-league victory on Friday.

The Owls now possess a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bluff Dale for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 29. Covington will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rochelle (Rochelle, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 12-5.
