Texas High School Volleyball - Laredo LBJ over Edison

In Friday's non-league contest, the Laredo LBJ Wolves (Laredo, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Edison Golden Bears (San Antonio, TX), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Wolves battle the Holmes Huskies (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 26. Laredo LBJ will attempt to better on its 15-3 season record. The Huskies go into the contest with a 7-11 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Winn (Eagle Pass, TX).

With the loss, Edison moves to 3-8 on the year. The Golden bears host Alamo Heights (San Antonio, TX) to battle the Mules in a 5A Region IV District 27 contest on Tuesday, August 29. The Mules go into the contest with a record of 9-14. Alamo Heights lost 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Georgetown (Georgetown, TX)
