North Carolina High School Football - Union crushes Spring Creek

Union Spartans (Rose Hill, NC) followers went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Spring Creek Gators (Seven Springs, NC), 38-0 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Union advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Spartans travel to Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC) to play the Bears in a non-league battle on Friday, September 5. The Bears come into the match with a record of 1-0.

Coming up next, the Gators confront the Southern Wayne Saints (Dudley, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 29. Spring Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Saints come into the match with a 0-1 record after their 56-3 non-league loss to James Kenan (Warsaw, NC).
