The Valley View Eagles flag football squad scored 20 points and limited the host Arlington Lions to 14 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.

The Eagles now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Redlands Adventist Academy for a non-league game on Thursday, August 28. Valley View will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 8-6 non-league loss to Aquinas (San Bernardino, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.

The Lions (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Hillcrest (Riverside, CA). The Trojans enter the non-league game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Hillcrest held off Vista del Lago (Moreno Valley, CA), 36-0, in a non-league game.
