The Bonita Vista Barons flag football squad scored 19 points and restricted the host Poway Titans to 0 in the Barons non-league win on Monday.
In their next game, the Barons face the San Marcos Knights (San Marcos, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 28. Bonita Vista will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The Knights go into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Oceanside (Oceanside, CA).
The Titans (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA). The Marauders go into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Mira Mesa lost by Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA), 25-6, in a league challenge.
