California High School Flag Football - St. Lucy's crushed by South Hills

August 25, 2025: West Covina, CA 91791

South Hills Huskies (West Covina, CA) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their flag football team triumph over the visiting St. Lucy's Regents (Glendora, CA), 59-12 in a non-league battle.

With the win, South Hills improves its record to 5-3 on the season. The Huskies travel to Canyon (Anaheim, CA) to play the Comanches in a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 27. The Comanches go into the battle with a record of 8-1. Canyon won 26-13 in their recent non-league battle against Warren (Downey, CA)

The Regents now have a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to La Serna for a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 26. St. Lucy's will play a Lancers team coming off a 33-6 non-league loss to JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 2-4.
