Ridgewood Generals (West Lafayette, OH) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Aquinas Knights (Louisville, OH), 6-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Ridgewood moves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Maysville (Zanesville, OH) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 30. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 1-4. Maysville lost 9-3 in their recent league outing against Philo (Duncan Falls, OH)

Next up, the Knights confront the Firestone Falcons (Akron, OH) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, August 27. Aquinas will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
