In Monday's non-league contest, the Eastern Comets (Greentown, IN) soccer team the visiting Frankfort Hot Dogs (Frankfort, IN), by a tally of 4-1.

Next, the Comets face the Peru Tigers (Peru, IN) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, August 27. Eastern will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 1-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to North Miami (Denver, IN).
