The Hozho Academy Wolves were victorious over the host Wingate Bears football team by a score of 24-6 in Monday's non-league outing.
The Wolves now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Menlo School for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 30.
With the defeat, Wingate drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Crownpoint (Crownpoint, NM) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 0-0.
