The Upper Merion Area Vikings felled the visiting Lower Merion Aces football team by a score of 14-6 in Monday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings meet the Wissahickon Trojans (Ambler, PA) in a non-league test, on Friday, August 29. Upper Merion Area will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.

With the defeat, Lower Merion drops to 0-1 on the campaign.
