In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Arvada West Wildcats soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 win over the Horizon Hawks.
The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Brighton (Brighton, CO). The Bulldogs enter the non-league outing with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Brighton was tipped by Chatfield (Littleton, CO), 5-0, in a non-league test.
The Hawks now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Silver Creek for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. Horizon will clash with a Raptors team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO). The Raptors record now stands at 1-0.
