Memorial Roughriders (St. Marys, OH) fans went home happy Monday as they saw their soccer squad triumph over the host Greenville Green Wave (Greenville, OH), 9-0 in a non-league outing.
The Roughriders (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Bath (Lima, OH). The Wildcats enter the Western Buckeye outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Bath was overwhelmed by Liberty-Benton (Findlay, OH), 4-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Green Wave confront the Butler Aviators (Vandalia, OH) in a Miami Valley League - Miami outing, on Tuesday, August 26. Greenville will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Aviators enter the outing with a 2-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Chaminade Julienne Catholic (Dayton, OH).
