Mercer Mustangs (Mercer, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Karns City Gremlins (Karns City, PA), 7-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Mercer advances its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Harbor Creek (Harborcreek, PA) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league test on Wednesday, August 27. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 2-0. Harbor Creek won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV)

The Gremlins now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Punxsutawney for a UAVSL Boys Central bout on Tuesday, August 26. Karns City will play a Chucks squad coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Kane (Kane, PA). The Chucks record now stands at 1-0.
