With the triumph, McCracken County moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Paducah Tilghman (Paducah, KY) to confront the Blue Tornado in a District 1 outing on Tuesday, August 26. The Blue Tornado go into the outing with a record of 1-3. Paducah Tilghman lost 5-0 in their recent non-league outing against Calloway County (Murray, KY)

Next up, the Cardinals confront the Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado (Paducah, KY) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, August 28. Mayfield will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
