With the triumph, Baldwin improves its record to 1-4 on the year. The Braves travel to Harlem (Harlem, GA) to face the Bulldogs in a 3A Region 4 contest on Thursday, August 28. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a record of 9-4. Harlem won 8-3 in their recent non-league contest against Glascock County (Gibson, GA)

The Warriors now hold a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Glascock County for a 1A D-II Region 5 bout on Thursday, August 28. Wilkinson County will battle a Panthers team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Brentwood (Sandersville, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 4-5.
