In Monday's non-league test, the Piedmont Wildcats (Piedmont, OK) softball squad got by the visiting Edmond North Huskies (Edmond, OK), by a tally of 7-6.

Next, the Wildcats clash with the Putnam City Pirates (Oklahoma City, OK) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, August 26. Piedmont will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record.

The Huskies (4-9) will now prepare for their test against Edmond Memorial (Edmond, OK). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Edmond Memorial was edged by Bartlesville (Bartlesville, OK), 5-1, in a non-league contest.
