The Westchester Comets edged the host Animo Venice Pirates volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Monday's non-league game.
Next up, the Comets confront the University Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA) in a Western outing, on Thursday, August 28. Westchester will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
With the loss, Animo Venice drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Pirates host New Roads (Santa Monica, CA) to play the Jaguars in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. The Jaguars come into the outing with a record of 2-2.
