With the win, Arleta improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Mustangs host Grant (Van Nuys, CA) to face the Lancers in a East Valley test on Thursday, August 28. The Lancers go into the test with a record of 1-1. Grant won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA)

The Hunters now have a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Sylmar for a Valley Mission challenge on Wednesday, August 27. Canoga Park will meet a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Oak Park (Oak Park, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 1-1.
